The Meaning Behind the Yin Yang Necklace
I found this Yin Yang cloisonne ball pendant as very interesting symbol. I really need something to keep balance. And I hope this necklaces will help me. I made a simple leather necklace, using this ball pendant, and now I am wearing it all day:

In the West people usually think that yin and yang correspond to evil and good. However, Taoist philosophy generally discounts good/bad distinctions and other dichotomous moral judgments, in preference to the idea of balance. This is actually the universal symbol of perfect harmony and balance, it comes from the sun cycle. Yin is earth, female, passive and absorbing, while yang is heaven, male, light and active.
